Ascorbic Acid

Ascorbic acid is easily oxidized and so is used as a reductant in
photographic developer solutions (among others) and as a preservative.


Aspartame is a sweetener used in fruit juice, beverage, soft drink, prepared food, preserved food, chewing gum, coffee, tea , baked food, flavoring, salted food, dairy.

Basic Chromium

Basic Chromium Sulfate is mainly used in tanning of processing leather industry, or synthesis of other chromic combination tanning agent, production of chromic compound, as well as dyestuff and pigment industries.

Calcium Chloride Dihydrate

Calcium Chloride Dihydrate is used as refrigeration-proofing agent, refrigerant, fire-proof agent, viscose agent and preventive agent, and for the manufacture of metal calcium etc.

Citric Acid

Citric Acid Anhydrous is mainly used as an acidulating, flavouring and preservative in foods and beverages.It is also used as an antioxidant, plasticizer and detergent builder.


Biotin is used in cell growth, the production of fatty acids, metabolism of fats, and amino acids.
It plays a role in the Krebs Cycle, which is the process in which energy is released from food.
Biotin not only assists in various metabolic chemical conversions, but also helps with the transfer of carbon dioxide.
Biotin is also helpful in maintaining a steady blood sugar level. Biotin is often recommended for strengthening hair and nails.
Consequently, it is found in many cosmetic and health products for the hair and skin.

Dextrose anhydrous and monohydrate

It can be used to produce oral species together with all kinds of Vitamin and as raw material of producing sorbitol as feedstock of vitamin C.
Also it is widely used in candy, beer, drinks, dairy products, invigorant, honey process, fruit can, instant noodle, some medicine, cake, bread, biscuit, preserved fruit, cornmeal, malted milk, longan milk, panax power, sesame paste, olive crispbread, confect, dried fish, dried beef and dried minced meat etc

Dicalcium phosphate

Dicalcium phosphate is mainly used in toothpaste and as an additive in food and pharmaceutical products to help contribute to better health. In daily chemical industry, it is used as frictional agent for making top quality tooth paste and evidently enhance the paste's coefficient of friction, reinforce detergent powder, in food industry, also used as calcium additive, pharmaceutical bulking agent. In food processing industry, it is used as leavening agent, dough modifier, buffer, nutritional supplement, emulsifier, stabilizer, Such as leavening for flour, cake, pastry, bake, double acid type flour color modifier, modifior forfried food, also used as nutrient additive or modifior for biscuit, milk powder, cold drink, ice cream power.

Disodium Diphosphate

Disodium Diphosphate is used as buffer leavening agents, chelating agent, adhesive, stabilizer, emulsifier, colour modifier in food additive industry.

Lactic acid

Lactic acid is used in foods to add tartness and as a preservative. The name comes from the Latin word for milk, but most lactic acid is produced commercially from corn fermentation. Lactic acid is what gives the sour taste to spoiled milk, and to sauerkraut.

Linear alkylbenzene (LAB)

Linear alkylbenzene (LAB) is used in the production of linear alkylbenzene sulfonate (LABS) ( > 99 %). Some LAB also find minor use as solovent and binder in speciality applications, for e.g.: cable oil, ink industry, paint, insulating and electricity.

Magnesium carbonate

Magnesium carbonate is used in flooring, fireproofing, fire extinguishing positions, cosmetics,  sting powder, and toothpaste. Other applications are as filler material,
smoke suppressant in plastics, a reinforcing agent in neoprene rubber, a drying agent, a laxative to loosen the bowels, and color retention in foods. In addition, high purity magnesium carbonate is used as antacid and as an additive in table salt to keep it free flowing.

Phosphoric Acid

Phosphoric Acid is used as an clining agent , enhancer acidulant, nutrient of yeast, produce food grade phosphates.

Potassium Chromium (III) Sulphate Dodecahydrate

 It is used mordant dyeing tan hides oil, photograph, fixation etc.

Potassium nitrate

One of the most useful applications of potassium nitrate is in the production of nitric acid, by adding concentrated sulfuric acid to an aqueous solution of potassium nitrate, yielding nitric acid and potassium sulfate which are separated through fractional distillation. Potassium nitrate is also used as a fertilizer, as a model rocket propellant, and in several fireworks such as smoke bombs, in which a mixture with sugar produces a smoke cloud of 600 times their own volume.
In the process of food preservation, potassium nitrate is a common ingredient of salted meat.
otassium Nitrate is also a main component in stump remover. It has also been used in the manufacture of ice cream and is the active ingredient in toothpaste for sensitive gums.

Potassium sorbate

Additive in soft drink, fruit fruit, flavoring, salted food, dairy

Sodium Acetate Trihydrate

Textile industry: to neutralize sulphuric acid and as a resist to aniline dyes
Leather industry: as a pickling agent in chrome tanning
Chemical industry: in the manufacture diazo compounds
Paper industry: as a buffering agent
Rubber industry: to retard vulcanization of chloroprene (seeneoprene)
As a medium in chemical heat reservoirs. 

Sodium benzoate

Sodium benzoate is a preservative. It is bacteriostatic and fungistatic under acidic conditions. It is used most prevalently in acidic foods such as salad dressings
(vinegar), carbonated drinks (carbonic acid), jams and fruit juices. It is also used in fireworks as a fuel in whistle mix, a powder which imparts a whistling noise when compressed into a tube and ignited.

Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose

Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is used primarily in foods, drugs and cosmetics as a viscosifier, emulsion stabilizer, thickener and improve texture. The main applications of technical grade are in textile warp sizing and paper processing. CMC is also used in detergent as a antiredeposition agent, textile warp-sizing aid, adhesives, latex paints and polishes.

Sodium Tripolyphosphate (STPP)

Sodium Tripolyphosphate is used as main auxiliary of synthetic wash, soap synergistic agent, water softener, leather pre-tanning agent, dye auxiliary agent, and dispersant of suspension such as paint, kaolin, magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate drilling mud, preservative agent for paper making, organic synthesis catalyzer, and used in epuration of petroleum product,  solvent in metal industry and pharmaceutical industry, also widely used in gum synthesis, foodstuff industry, and poultry process.

Sorbic Acid

Additive in soft drink, fruit fruit, flavoring, salted food, dairy, raw material of potassium sorbate


Sorbitol is widely used in fields of medicine,light industry,food and chemistry.It is mainly used for the materials of Vc in medicine and materials of surfactant in light industry. It also can be used in toothpaste, cigarette and cosmetics as the substitute of glycerin. In the food industry, sorbitol is used as edulcorator, especially suitable for the food of diabetics;it also can lengthen the storage term of some food.In chemical industry,sorbitol rosin ester is used as the materials of common construction coating.


Sulfur is used in the vulcanization of natural rubber and a fungicide. Sulfur is a component of gunpowder. It is also used extensively in making phosphatic fertilizers. Elemental sulfur is mainly used as a precursor to other chemicals. Approximately 85% is converted to sulfuric acid (H2SO4), which is of such prime importance to the world's economies that the production and consumption of sulfuric acid is an indicator of a nation's industrial development. Tartaric acid

Tartaric acid is used making silver mirrors, in the manufacturing of soft drinks, to provide tartness to foods, in tanning leather and in making blueprints. Tartaric acid is used in cream of tartar (for cooking) and as an emetic (a substance used to induce vomiting). It readily dissolves in water and is used in making blueprints. Tartaric acid is a molecule that demonstrates properties of optical activity, where a molecule can cause the rotation of plane-polarized light.

Tricalcium Citrate Tetrahydrate

Tricalcium Citrate Tetrahydrate  is the most commonly used calcium salt of citric acid. Generally permitted as a safe nutrient and food additive having functions of acidity regulator, sequestering and stabilizing agent, antioxidants synergist, firming agent, Calcium enrichment in foods and medicine. It is physiologically completely compatible like citric acid.

TriCalcium Phosphate

TriCalcium Phosphate is used in medicine: Antacid and for calcium replacement. TriCalcium Phosphate is also used in manufacture of milk-glass, polishing and dental powders, porcelains, pottery; enameling; clarifying sugar syrups; in animal feeds; as noncaking agent; in the textile industry.

Tripotassium Citrate Monohydrate

Tripotassium citrate is mainly used for maitainning stability, integrating, buffer in cold drink, baby food and artifical butter.It can also be used for keeping Ph value and buffer in sauce and jelly, cleaning agent for precision equipment.And it is also one agent for make up Kalium.In pharmaceuticals, it is used as alkalinity sylvite, curing hypopotassaemia and basifying urine. It can produce high-effect compound fetilizer.And it is also used in papermaking and gilding.

Trisodium Citrate Dihydrate

Trisodium citrate dihydrate is mainly used to enhance flavor and maintain stability of active ingredienst in food and beverages.
In detergent industry, it can replace sodium tripolyphosphate as a king a assistant. It can also be used in fermentation, injection, photography and metal plating.
