Tripotassium citrate monohydrate is the common tribasic potassium salt of citric acid.
Tripotassium citrate monohydrate is produced by complete neutralization of citric acid with a high purity potassium source and subsequent crystallisation. Tri-Potassium Citrate Monohydrate is a colorless cristal or white cristal powder. It is odorless and tastes cool-salt. It dissolves in water, but not in ethanol.

Applications
Tripotassium citrate is mainly used for maitainning stability, integrating, buffer in cold drink, baby food and artifical butter. It can also be used for keeping pH value and buffer in sauce and jelly, cleaning agent for precision equipment. And it is also one agent for make up Kalium. In pharmaceuticals, it is used as alkalinity sylvite, curing hypopotassaemia and basifying urine. It can produce high-effect compound fetilizer. And it is also used in papermaking and gilding.

Storage terms
Store in indoor, dry warehouses free of chemical exhalations, in original intact packing.
Recommended storage temperature + 5 °C through + 30 °C, recommended relative air humidity max. 75 % .
